The
crown jewels of the LIMS software suite are AuditLink and
VendorTrac. Together, the two unique applications
comprise a recovery tool that focuses on “vendor data
analysis.” Thorough vendor data analysis requires
successful two-way correspondence with thousands of unique
sources. Before LIMS software was created, the task was
considered unfeasible. At most, traditional audit firms would
solicit information from their clients’ largest vendors, but
that was all their methodologies would allow. There was
no recourse to track responses or re-solicit information.
It was not until the advent of VendorTrac that a company could
expect their audit firm to successfully correspond with all of
their vendors. VendorTrac
is responsible for recovering clients millions of dollars a
year while keeping client work to an absolute minimum.
This specific application works behinds the scenes powering
audits and marshaling unending data effortlessly. AuditLink
creates an interactive space online where clients can receive
and review their recoveries with the utmost ease and
convenience. AuditLink manifests as an easy-to-use
client interface. Clients interact with Auditlink via
Application Service Provider (ASP) model, meaning lower
up-front investment, faster implementation, and reduced
ongoing management costs – in short, it delivers unbeatable
ROI. Because AuditLink is completely Web-based, it’s
intuitively easy to use, and effortless to learn, reducing
training costs. It’s simple and powerful, but won’t cost
any client time or capital. Clients,
working on the system will have real-time data from any or all
divisions or locations. No matter how far-flung or
complex a (decentralized) company’s structure is, our
integrated, web-based system enables us to run our service as
a single audit – accessible from anywhere for client review.
